The big Big C on Phangan is a Big C Market, the chain's mid-size format, on the ring road between Thong Sala and Ban Tai. Thai and imported food, fruit and vegetables, cleaning products and household goods. Inside is the chain's own Pure pharmacy. A market sets up next to the store three evenings a week.

The chain also has five 24-hour Big C Mini shops: three in Ban Tai and on the road to Haad Rin, two north of Thong Sala, by the District Office and in Maduea Wan.
