This week, more attention is paid to the chest area, shoulder girdle, and diaphragm. The chest will gently open, spinal mobility will improve, and tension in the neck and shoulders will be released. The program includes smooth hatha-vinyasa-flow sequences, elements of yoga therapy, gentle strengthening of the back muscles, and breathing techniques. In conclusion, deep relaxation is conducted to feel space, lightness, and freedom in the body. The class is suitable for any level of preparation. Mats and equipment are available on-site.
